Where can I install 3decision®?

3decision® is a web-based application so no installation is needed. As a users, you just login via your web browser (we recommend Chrome) and you’re ready to go.

Can I get programmatic access to the backend?

Absolutely! You can access 3decision® via a series of REST APIs.

How is my proprietary data stored on the Cloud?

All your data is stored in a private database on the Cloud.

What’s the difference between private database and private hardware?

Your proprietary data is completely secured in a private 3decision® database in both the Professional and the Enterprise model. In the Enterprise model, the 3decision® application runs on dedicated hardware. This means that you have the guarantee of maximal performance at any given time. In addition to that, it gives access to specific options and custom configurations. In the Professional model, however, the 3decision® application runs on shared hardware in dedicated containers. Although Discngine strive for optimal performance for all users, we can never completely guarantee that you won’t feel the impact of “noisy neighbors”, e.g. if too many people using the CPUs at the same time.
